If I could give 0 I would ,bought a pair of trainers in June they have split took them back to the Woking branch with the box and my receipt to say sorry nothing they can do as after a months purchase. This theceorst customer service I have received avoid this company at all costs.
Brought shoes for a wedding on…
Brought shoes for a wedding on Saturday, tried them on with suit on Sunday they didn’t match. Tryed to exchange them on Monday I Didn’t want a refund just a exchange but they said they were not exchanging them as they looked like they had been worn. My husband tired then on with his suit for 10 Minuits max in my house.
One of the shoes was of the shelf anyway.
They will not be getting any more of my money. That’s for sure.
Skechers
I bought a pair of Skechers in lewisham branch today. The staff were friendly & helpful. I was served by Nancy who was polite. The other staff member ordered another pair for me as my size wasn't available. Only time will tell if the shoes last . Hopefully they will.

Value for money and lovely service.
Great price, brilliant service from the young lady on the till. All smiles and chat, couldn't have had a better experience. I buy Deichmann shoes as they are great value. Because of this, unlike most people leaving reviews on here, I don't expect them to last forever. £17.99 for a pair of smart work shoes that last maybe 6 months, surely is better than paying £65 for a pair of 'high brand' shoes that last 9 months. Maybe I've been lucky, or maybe I don't treat my footwear as if it's bullet-proof and water-proof, but I've never had an issue or set my expectations ridiculously high. Thanks, a happy customer !

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Deichmann. The next day I received an email to say that my shoes were not in stock and I would receive an refund. What a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! I will NOT be reordering from this company!!

After discovering there were no size 7…
After discovering there were no size 7 Adidas trainers in store, I ordered a pair to arrive in store within 5 business days. To be able to place the order I had to pay for them, almost £50. I was messaged two days later to say Deichmann were unable to fulfill my order and that I'd have to call a number for their head office. This is on a Saturday and of course the office is not open on a Saturday. I happened to be standing outside of the shop at the time the text came in saying Deichmann wouldn't be able to fulfill my order, so I went in, of course, I was given the exact same call head office spiel. I find this completely unacceptable. Now I have to wait for a refund. Why didn't they check to see if the order could be fulfilled before they took my money? Appalling customer service. If I could grade minus points I would be doing this. NEVER ORDER IF THE SHOES ARE NOT IN STOCK FROM DEICHMANN is my advice, I certainly won't be making that mistake again. Imagine if Amazon operated in this fashion, they'd be out of business!

I have bought exactly 11th november 2021 a pair of boots which aftet a month exactly of wearing the sole came off. I do not have reciept. Please let me know if i can get a refound. Will never ever buy from this company!!!!!!

Excellent solution
I bought a pair of Nikes on holiday in Sweden (Kristianstadt) in August 2021. Back in Holland now holes start to appear in both the left as well as the right shoe. Poor Nike quality I'm afraid.. Sofia from the (I guess Swedish) online shop helped me out and made sure I got a full refund even though they initially explained I needed to actually visit the shop with the faulty pair of shoes. Excellent service, very friendly in her communication. The least I can do is to share my happy experience with Deichmann and Sofia. Keep up the good work!
Landrover hiking shoes are NOT waterproof.
I bought Landrover hiking shoes thinking they were waterproof. They are not. I got caught in the rain yesterday and had to wring the water out of my socks. There should be a warning on the box to sat that they are NOT waterproof.

I went to Deichman in Camberley looking for a pair of Sketchers. My size was not available but the manager, Anna, told me that she can order one for me and have it delivered free but suggested a similar pair to try on for size. The pair she suggested was in fact more comfortable and also cheaper. So I bought that instead and very happy with the shoes and service.

I had bad experiences with Deichmann customer service
The cashier was abusive and ignored me after I queued a long time.
She took others who came from behind.?
Also whilst I was selecting shoes I had a staff member on three occasions push into me with a large broom! No excuse or comment. Just rude. She pushed the broom into my legs and feet and squeezed me out the way. I was nearly knocked over twice by the staff member.
Overall it was not worth my visit and waste of time to travel to the Westfield shopping centre Stratford store for this bad treatment.
I will purchase my shoes at another shop where staff treat customers with decency.

leaking trainers
Hi, my husband purchased Addis trainers from Deichmann and was offered a waterproofing treatment for 2.99 which he bought as extra protection hoping to improve the life of the trainers. upon wearing for the first time he walked across a friends garden lawn and his socks/feet were wet which was extremely disappointing. On returning to shop we were told that we could purchase a stronger long lasting spray for full price with 2.99 deducted as we had already paid for water proofing. We could not exchange trainers for a waterproof pair though we would have paid extra , as they had been worn . How were we going to know that trainers were not weather proof if he hadn't worn them, he was not planning to wear them in the snow or heavy rain but wet grass ??. we were given the 2.99 waterproofing treatment payment back and now my husband has a pair of water leaking trainers.

I brought shoes a few years ago and said I would never shop there again as shoes fell apart in first couple weeks, this year I left it too late to get shoes in my kids sizes so had no choice but to try deichmann again, and again not a full term and the soles on both shoes completely destroyed!
